Flyairs Mentorship – Terms and Conditions for Students

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation as a student in the Flyairs Mentorship program, a division of Lakshmırathi Innovation and Ventures India Private Limited.

By enrolling in the program, you and your guardian agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility
   • Enrollment: You must be a student preparing for the JEE examination to participate in the Flyairs Mentorship program.
   • Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.
2. Program Participation
   • Mentorship Sessions: Attend and actively participate in all scheduled mentorship sessions.
   • Punctuality: Be on time for all scheduled sessions. If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify your mentor in advance.
   • Preparation: Come prepared for each session with any required materials, completed assignments, and questions for your mentor.
   • Engagement: Engage actively in the mentorship process and follow the study plans and guidance provided by your mentor.
3. Conduct
   • Respect: Treat your mentor and other students with respect and courtesy.
   • Behavior: Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all interactions with your mentor.
   • Academic Integrity: Do not engage in any form of academic dishonesty, including cheating or plagiarism.
   • Confidentiality: Do not share personal information or details of mentorship sessions with others without consent, Do not try to engage with a mentor other than the platform provided by flyairs.
4. Communication
   • Contact Information: Keep your contact information up to date with Flyairs Mentorship.
   • Feedback: Provide honest and constructive feedback about the mentorship program to help us improve our services.
   • Issues: Report any issues or concerns regarding your mentorship experience to Flyairs Mentorship promptly.

5. Mentorship Relationship
   • Boundaries: Maintain professional boundaries with your mentor. Do not request or share personal contact information or form personal relationships outside the mentorship context.
   • Advice: Follow the advice and guidance provided by your mentor, understanding that the mentor is not liable for any outcomes resulting from their suggestions.
   • Responsibility: You and your parents or guardians are responsible for your academic progress and success.
6. Payment
   • Fees: Pay any applicable fees for the mentorship program as per the agreed terms.
   • Refunds: No refunds will be provided after completing the payment process.
7. Confidentiality
   • Privacy: Flyairs Mentorship respects your privacy and will keep your personal information confidential.
   • Data Use: Your data may be used for program improvement and reporting purposes, but it will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Program Changes
   • Modifications: Flyairs Mentorship reserves the right to modify the program structure, content, and scheduling as needed.
9. Termination
   • Right to Terminate: Flyairs Mentorship reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time for violations of these terms and conditions or other reasons deemed appropriate by the Company.
   • Student Termination: You may terminate your participation in the program at any time without prior notification or warning.
10. Liability
    • Disclaimer: Flyairs Mentorship and its mentors are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the mentorship sessions. All advice and guidance provided by the mentor are their personal opinions, and Flyairs Mentorship is not responsible for the results of the guidance provided by the mentor.
    • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Flyairs Mentorship harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the program.
    • Flyairs or any member of flyairs is not responsible for any advice or information provided by mentors.
    • The program does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.
    • Flyairs or any member of flyairs is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform.
11. Guardian Responsibility
    • Acknowledgment: The student’s guardian is responsible for reading and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
    • Consent: By enrolling the student in the Flyairs Mentorship program, the guardian consents to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
12. Governing Law
    • Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of KANPUR COURT .
13. Entire Agreement
    • Supersession: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Student and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.   

By enrolling in the Flyairs Mentorship program, you and your guardian acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
